Team Activators are just as their name reflects - they activate our energy levels. Their activities are real energizers amidst all the workload one has. These activators should be picked up by every organization to ensure team motivation at all times. It's a perfect example of how a fun activity can also be conducted virtually.

They are really good at team engagement. Since we had a session with them online (virtual), I didn't know it could be this fun! Loved their decks (which are interactive), their hosts (much fun - Brendon and others), and all the games and activities. Highly recommend them for a short, fun session with the team.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Tomorrowland activity all about?

Teams collaborate to build a miniature city, with each team responsible for constructing a distinct district — think residential areas, commercial zones, parks, and more. Once done, all sections are assembled together into one cohesive cityscape. The final result is a physical representation of the entire team's combined effort.

How does cross-team collaboration come into play?

While each team builds their own section independently, the real challenge is ensuring all parts fit together seamlessly into one unified city. This requires constant communication and alignment across teams, making cross-team collaboration a natural and essential part of the experience.

Is this activity more creative or strategic in nature?

It's both teams need to plan their district thoughtfully while also letting creativity drive the design and building process. The balance of structured planning and open ended creativity is what makes it engaging for a wide range of personalities on the team.

Can this be done indoors as well as outdoors?

Yes, Tomorrowland is designed to work in both indoor and outdoor settings. This makes it flexible enough for office spaces, hotel banquet halls, resort lawns, or any offsite venue your team chooses.
