With the prolonged WFH setup, we looked for innovative ways to engage our team spread across time zones when we hit upon Team Activators. The activity they delivered was fantastic in helping build rapport and surpassed our expectations of what could be achieved in a virtual setting. It created touch points for rich interaction within the team and enabled collaboration on fun, novel tasks ranging from a hilarious version of Impractical Jokers to simulated survival scenarios to scavenger hunts that had the team scampering. We look forward to working with TeamActivators again to break the monotony
